- When can I start learning with my puppy?Right away, as soon as you purchase the course you gain access to all modules.
- Do I need to work through the course in order?Not at all, you can dive into any topics that are relevant to you and your puppy right now. It is laid out in a way that follows on from one another if you want to follow through in order and things like commands training, loose lead walking and recall progress in each lesson but the course is very easy to navigate depending on the level of your puppy.
- Do you offer refunds if I am not satisfied with the course?Due to receiving all of the content when you purchase the course, no refunds can be given but we have priced it so it is extremely good value for money for you and know you will not be disappointed. We of course always welcome feedback as we regularly update and add new lessons to the course.
- What if I need any help as I work through the course?You can message or email Rachel or Louise at any time if you need any help or support pr have any questions as you work through the course. We always love to help.
- What type of training methods are used in the course?At Happy Hounds for Life we only used Positive Reward Training to bring out the very best in our dogs. This can be in the form of food rewards, verbal praise, toys and play. We teach all our puppies to think for themselves and make their own choices so training and learning always happens at the speed that your puppy is ready to learn.
